We are approved by Waverley Council and hold valid home boarding licence, have full insurance cover, police checked and are trained in animal first aid. 

Our vehicles are air conditioned and heated for all our travelling companions comfort and safety.

All dogs are individuals and it’s important that we remember this. We will follow any instructions you give us regarding your dog, whether this is a special dietary requirement, walking on or off the lead or if staying over with us, what side of the bed they like to sleep on (if allowed) etc.

How do we begin using your services?

After your initial enquiry, we will arrange a free consultation, we can arrange a convenient time to meet you and your dog and discuss both your needs. This is an important first meeting as from this we can obtain your basic dog information, medication, allergies, emergency contact details, personality traits, and likes & dislikes etc. and answer any of your questions. Dogs are all different, and their needs are different and we always want to ensure that we provide the perfect service for you and your dog. This will also give you the opportunity to meet us face to face.

If you want to use us as a one off, ad hoc or a regular user, please do not hesitate to contact us. Once we have you registered on our system then you can book in as little or often as you like and we will always attempt to make room for you and often squeeze in last minute bookings.

Will you need a key to my property?

If you wish to have your dog walked or visited while you are not at home, then we will need to collect and hold a key. Usually we will be given a key when we come and do our initial visit to meet you and your dog. Your keys are always kept in a safe and secure place and all staff are police checked and insured for your peace of mind.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash & bank transfers.

One off clients will need to ensure that payment is made on or before day of service.

Do I need to be a regular client to use your services?

Will you be able to look after my dog overnight or during the day?

Yes, we offer an exclusive home boarding & day care service. At the moment this service is only available to dogs that are happy to stay with other dogs.

Do you only take care of dogs?

No, we can offer cat visits to feed, let out or medicate if required.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel a walk please give at least 48 hours’ notice, day care services require at least 72 hours’ and home boarding services require at least 14 days’ notice or a late cancellation fee will be charged.
